About Apex ABA Therapy

We built Apex because we kept seeing the same problem.

Kids who could answer questions in therapy but couldn't ask for help at school. Parents told to wait in the car while decisions were made without them. BCBAs stretched so thin they couldn't remember which kid was which. We started Apex to do it differently. To change the ABA narrative, and bring about a glorious future for your child.

What drives Apex ABA

What we believe

A mother and child at home

Your child isn't broken

Your child who organizes everything by color? That's problem-solving. The one who memorizes movie scripts? That's focus. We build on strengths, not deficits.

Progress has to leave the building

If your child can only do it in therapy, they can't do it. We work at home during breakfast. At school during recess. In the real moments that matter.

BCBAs need time to actually know your kid

One BCBA supervising 20 families? That's not supervision. That's triage. Our BCBAs work with 6-10 families so they actually remember what happened last week.

Parents aren't spectators

You're not dropping your child off and hoping for the best. You're learning what we're doing. Using the same strategies between sessions. Carrying progress forward.

Why Apex ABA exists

How Apex started

Apex ABA Founder

I saw too many kids sitting at tables for years, getting really good at therapy tasks that meant nothing in their actual lives. Parents kept asking me, "Why can't he do this at home?" and I didn't have a good answer. That's why we started Apex—to teach skills where kids actually use them.

Apex ABA Clinical Leadership

After a decade in this field, I've learned one thing: data without context is meaningless. A child hitting targets in a session but melting down at home every day isn't making progress. At Apex, we measure success by real life, not therapy performance.

What Apex commits to families

What you can count on from us

No months-long waitlist

Most families start within 2-4 weeks. We verify insurance, complete assessments, and get started fast.

Honest progress tracking

You see the data. What's working. What's not. If something isn't helping, we adjust. No vague "trust us, it's going great."

Skills built for real life

We don't teach your child to perform for therapists. We teach them to ask for help at school, handle transitions at home, and function in their actual world.

You're trained, not sidelined

Weekly BCBA check-ins. Live coaching during real moments. Written strategies for situations that come up between sessions.
